St. Raymond of Penafort School is gearing up for the 2016 Catholic Schools Week which will run from Monday, February 1st through Friday, February 5th. Our activities for the week are listed below.
Career Day for 5th -8th Graders: Presenters from a variety of professional backgrounds will have information sessions for our students detailing their education, work experience, and impact of their career choice. Academic Bees: Grades 3-8 will have Academic Bees during the day
3rd and 4th – Spelling Bee
5th and 6th – Religion Bee
7th and 9th – History Bee
Grandparents’ Tea: St. Raymond School Grandparents and Special Friends are invited to join the Pre-K through 2nd grade students for Tea at 1:30.
The Maroon and Gray Olympics: Classes are divided into Maroon and Gray teams with each class competing in an Olympic event. A favorite for our students!
Talent Show: St. Raymond’s students will showcase their talents! There will be 2 acts from each class. What a great day to wrap up an exciting week!
